One TimeIf you only need one service, here and there, don't want any form of commitment, just need the task at hand completed, you will pay the hourly rate found on the page of the service you are looking to receive.

ContractMaybe you're looking to get a recurring service, and are willing to commit to using our services for 6 months, you will save 10% per man hour.

Committing to our services, means you will receive the lowers rate across the board. Meaning, if you sign a lawn care contract, for the 6 months of that contact, you will be eligible for ALL of our services at 10% below our every day low rate. Or if you sign a snow and lawn, one year, bundle contract, you will be eligible to receive any of our services 20% off!
The best way to take advantage of this type of pricing, is during your contact period, book handyman services to fix up your house, get a deep cleaning of your house, or maybe get that patio installed once and for all.

Work orders may have a minimum time, labor is charged at intervals of 15 minutes. If a crew is dispatched, and either found to be not needed and/or canceled, we will charge you for 15 minutes per person dispatched to cover their labor costs. Labor starts when the crew is onsite, and has punched in from their smartphone, and will stop once they punch out. Any time between these increments will be rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Any applicable taxes are included in the cost.
