Snow Removal Contract

Snow Removal Contract

Before you sign a thing, lets go over some of the biggest questions associated with our contracts.

Why would I sign a contract?
You don't need to sign one of our contracts if you don't want to. The reason we offer such an option is to better understand you needs, and save you both time and money! Anyone can book our services for a one time service. If you would like to book each snow removal yourself, you can. But our skilled team can watch the radar, keep an eye on the sky, and dispatch a crew to your property even while your sleeping or away from home. If we know we will be dispatching our crews to your property on multiple occasions, we will earn our profits over time and thus can charge you less then those that only book us on bad weather days. Not to mention, our crews will know your property and be able to get in and out faster.

With a contract, you wont need to book each time it snows, actually the way we clear our contract customers is we clear every 2-3 inches. Meaning, as the snow falls, we will clear it as opposed to waiting until the storm is done, and clearing everything at once. This means you/your loved ones are never stuck inside with feet of snow outside! Rather then clearing some of your snow, and then scrambling to find someone available when the big storm(s) hit, sign a contract and know that for that season you are taken care of!

We have a payment option called "AutoPay". Just like how we clear the snow as it falls, we can pay down your bill as it grows. Now we can always send you an invoice and you can pay them, yet if/when you place a credit/debit card on file, you will be billed for the services you receive as they happen. Small snow storm, you card is charged $, big snow storm your card is charged $$, instead of you getting a bill for $$$$$!

How long does the contract last?
That's up to you. You can sign what we call "A Season" contract, which lasts for one season. This would grant you 10% off our everyday low labor rates and materials. A winter contract would start on November 15th and end on April 15th. You could always bundle both lawn care and snow removal with what we call "A Year" contract, which lasts well, a year... Either starting on November 15th, or April 15th. This would grant you 20% off both labor rates and materials. Please note, that signing either contract, said discounts would carry over to all of our services! So while you have "A Year" contract, you might as well book clean, handyman, or any of our other great services, and get that same 20% off!

What if I terminate the contract early?
Both contract have their own early termination fees (season=$250 year=$500) yet please note these fees are more or less prorated to the duration and extent of your services. If you sign our contract, save money in the first month and terminate the contact, you will pay more of those fees as we planned to keep you around long term. If you experience unexpected changes in your life and have been a good customer, you will only be liable for a small portion of those fees.
